WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) will welcome military officers from 38 African nations who are participating in its Next Generation of African Security Sector Leaders Program, March 12, 2012 at Virginia’s Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes.

One of the Center’s flagship programs, the three-week course will focus on enhancing professionalism, ethics, and leadership in African militaries.
