Last week a team of DKI APCSS faculty and staff joined an alumni workshop on “Strategic Scenarios and Signals: Examining the Drivers of Strategic Choice”, held at the Philippines Public Safety College (PPSC). Approximately 60 officials participated in the workshop, including alumni from Philippine academia, the National Security Council (NSC), the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), the and the Departments of National Defense (DND), Health (DOH), and Education (DEPED). Director Suzanne Vares-Lum accompanied Adm. Samuel J. The Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) is a U.S. Department of Defense institute that addresses regional and global security issues, inviting military and civilian representatives of the United States and Asia-Pacific nations to its comprehensive program of executive education and workshops, both in Hawaii and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
