On 20 July 2023, The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) published NESA Center alum Antoine Levesques' analysis "US–India defence and technology cooperation."

"A U.S. decision to transfer jet-engine technology to India will bolster the United States’ Indo-Pacific strategy while also presenting an unprecedented test of the strength of U.S.–India ties," writes Levesques.
