Roundtable Discussion With Armenian Ambassador to the United States HE Varuzhan Nersesyan

6 May 2021 – The NESA Center held a roundtable discussion with the Armenian Ambassador to the United States, His Excellency Varuzhan Nersesyan. H.E. Varuzhan Nersesyan has served as the Ambassador to the United States since November 2018. NESA Professor Dr. Hassan Abbas moderated the discussion. The ambassador offered insights into the regional security dynamics and consequences of the recent conflict, including the humanitarian impact. U.S.-Armenian relations also came up in the discussions between the NESA faculty and the ambassador with a focus on the need for peacebuilding and stability in the region.
