Alumni Publication: "China Can’t Have It Both Ways in Europe" by Joshua Eisenman and Ilan Berman

About the authors
Joshua Eisenman is an associate professor of politics at the University of Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs and a senior fellow for China studies at the American Foreign Policy Council.
Ilan Berman is senior vice president for policy at the Washington-based American Foreign Policy Council.
